Join us for a relaxing yoga class as we stretch our way to unlocking new flexibility!
A few of you may remember when we held a few yoga classes last year. Well, Cassie is back and ready to help us get a little more limber. Everyone could use more flexibility which means more mobility in the gym as well (don't make me start calling people out;). If the event goes well and has decent attendance then it will become a regularly scheduled event.
This is a great way to get loosened up for the 9 a.m Saturday community WOD and build community with others. Please feel free to bring friends and add them to the invite list and encourage them to stay for the 9 a.m. WOD. This yoga class is open to the public.
Details: 45 minutes of stretching/ 10 minutes cool down
