Memorial Day Murph has become a tradition in the CrossFit community throughout the world as a time to reflect and give thanks to those who have given their lives to protect our nation. More info on LT. Murphy can be found here.
Murph is a challenging workout including a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and 1 mile run to finish. Individuals that may find the full workout daunting may complete what is known as 'Half Murph'. Modifying the workout to be appropriate for each individual is absolutely acceptable to maintain a safe and effective workout.
Murph will take place at 0900 on May 25th, 2015 and will be our only class time that day. It is sure to be a good workout and one that you will remember.
