You've asked, we listened. Many of our members are ready to take their pull-up to the next level. Maybe you've missed a skill day or can't make it to open gym. This workshop is your chance to learn a new pulling skill or work learn the best progression for YOU individually to reach that goal.
Still working on a strict pull-up? No problem, we can help. A few strict pull-ups? Perfect, let's work on that Kip.
We will cover Strict Pull-up, Kipping Pull-up, Butterfly Pull-up, Bar Muscle-up, Ring Muscle-up, and progressions for each.
When: Saturday February 10th 1015-1100 am (following 9am CrossFit WOD)
Where: Right here at CrossFit Mechanix!
Cost: FREE to members. Please check with Stephen if you would like to bring a friend.
There will be a signup sheet at the gym with name and top priority skill that you would like to work on.
